Croatia set to join the eurozone from 2023

The Blue dot Team

The EU Commission has given its approval for Croatia to join the eurozone. In July, EU finance ministers will set the exchange rate for the conversion of Croatia’s currency, the kuna, to the euro, in effect from 1 January 2023.

Croatia will now have six months to prepare for the currency switch.

Updates will follow on the adaptation of the euro in Croatia and related Blue dot processes.
