Blue Dot is looking for a talented and creative Product Manager to join the family!

We are a market pioneer, developing the first technology-based financial platform for processing employee-driven expenses. The all-in-one Blue dot Tax Compliance Platform harnesses digitization, tax compliance, and automation to process and analyze each customer’s VAT, Taxable Employee Benefits, and Corporate Income Tax from expense data in real-time.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager who will help us lead and guide our product by maximizing value for our existing customers and help us reach new markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager and owner of one of our SCRUM R&D teams.

• Own the backlog, prioritize, group and optimize value delivery.

• Monitor and lead execution across different teams.

• Analyze customer requirements and needs and translate those to prioritize features

• Lead ideation and innovation of new capabilities that bring value.

You should be experienced in 

• Product management and technological projects management

• Analysis of problems, difficulties and opportunities and their prioritization

• Characterization of solutions from a product point of view taking into account different considerations at various levels – high level and low level

• Close work and leading development teams for implementation – Answering questions, and providing added value of accuracy, and tests

• Involvement in the launch and release of developments while preparing relevant materials

• Direct interface with customer teams and clients – communicating value and usability

• Working with data and data – analyzing and creating reports.

Additional capabilities

• Managing and leading projects, processes, discussions and decisions

• Delivering presentations in front of an audience

• High level English – speaking and writing

• Working with data using Excel – a must, other BI tools – an advantage

• High expressiveness – clarity and conciseness in writing and in speaking

• Ability to accept an abstract topic, analyze and translate it into a project and phases
