Delegation for the Netherlands

To delegate Blue dot as your agent and ensure that the formal refund process is fully covered, please follow the instructions below.

Required documents for a Netherland-based company:

Please note that the delegation tax authority’s portal is different than the VAT return website. If you do not have access to the tax authority’s portal, please fill out this document online: https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/bldcontentnl/themaoverstijgend/programmas_en_formulieren/aanvraag_inloggegevens_teruggaaf_btw_uit_andere_eu_landen

Please print the form, sign it and send it to this address:

Once you have the credentials (which could take 4 weeks to arrive, follow the steps below:

Go to the following link: https://eubtw.belastingdienst.nl/netp/login.do

2. Fill out the following:

a) gebruikersnaam: This is the VAT number (NLxxxxx). (Note: CAPS sensitive)
b) wachtwoord: Password is the one you received in the past. If this is not available, it’s necessary to request a new password/username at the tax office.

You should now see the following screen:

3. Click the word “instellingen” in the top bar of the screen

You should now see a screen in which you can enter more data. Please see below:

On this screen you do not need to change anything (you should see your data)

4. Click the word “intermediairs”

5. Please fill out our VAT number in the blue box and click the “intermediair toevoegen” block: “NL857482130B01” (Company name: VATBOX B.V)

6. Please fill out YOUR bank account
Press “bankgegevens”
Add the bank

7. Please fill out YOUR NACE code

Press “bedrijfsgegevens”
